Orebic is situated on the southwestern slopes of Peljesac peninsula.
The town was found at the end of the 15th. and begining of the 16 th century.
Since it's begining Orebic is turned to sea and it was town of sea captains and sailors. Collections from maritime history are housed in the Maritime museum.
Orebic lies in the bottom of Sv. Ilija (961m)hill. On that hill above Orebic there are Franciscan monastery (found 1470) with a museum and historical site Gornja Nakovana. There is a hiking trail on hill.
From Orebic you can go visit wine-cellar in Potomje, Trstenik and Dingac on Peljesac and taste excellent local wines.
There is regular passanger boat and car ferry line to island Korcula, a medieval town where Marco Polo was born.
Ston (60 km far away)is known for it’s city walls and famous restaurants where you can taste world famous oysters.
On the ground floor there are terrazzo (40m*2) and garage surrounded by large garden.
On the first floor (100m*2) there are 3 double rooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilette plus separate WC and sea view balcony.
