This is an old Croatian building that has been converted into 8 one and two bedroom apartments all air conditioned with living areas, kitchenettes and shower or bathrooms. Some have balconies and some have small private gardens or patios. All the apartments are have satellite TV and all have sofa beds in the living rooms. The kitchenettes are equipped with microwave, hob, kettle and toaster.
The Apartments are situated in Lapad which is the resort area of Dubrovnik and is a 10 minute bus ride away from the Old Town. We are situated 50m across the road from the beautiful Lapad Beach and we are within strolling distances of all the restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and shops.
We also have our own restaurant which is highly regarded in its own right in the area. Here we provide buffet breakfast on the terrace which is included in the price of your holiday. We also offer our guests a 10% discount in the restaurant in the evening.
We have a small plunge pool on the terrace which is great for the children or for relaxing and cooling off with a gin and tonic! |
