Calypso Sands is a tastefully, and fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath,
2 story waterfront vacation property.
The dining room and fully equipped kitchen with complete laundry room have easy access to the lanai.
Calypso Sands has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and garbage disposal. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the Island House comes equipped with linens and towels, along with basic toiletries for your arrival. The unit has Cable TV, Bose stereo, and phone.
The Island House is shaded under Australian pines and enjoys consistent trade winds that come across from Rum Point through the facility to the Cayman Kai lagoon with usually no A/C required. However, this unit has air conditioners in each of the bedrooms as well as in the first floor living area. In addition, the Island House has ceiling fans throughout for our guests.
The 2 story screened lanai as well as both bedrooms' private balconies overlook the pool & Cayman Kai lagoon.
Calypso Sands Island House has a king sized bed in the master bedroom with TV and two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Care to take your dip in a swimming pool rather than the Caribbean Sea? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.
