Our luxury villa is situated in the Spanish village of Tias with fabulous views of the sea.
The villa has 3 bedrooms,(1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) The double is en-suite and there is a family bathroom. Both batrooms have double sinks, the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath.
There is a large lounge/dining room with sky tv and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there are 2 large patio areas. The top patio area has a table and chairs and barbeque. The lower patio has a private heated swimming pool 10x 6 metres with sun loungers. Both patio areas have magnificent sea views. There are also large parasols for the shade during those long sunny days during winter and summer. The villa is tiled throughout and is immaculate.
There are 2 additional single beds to enable 8 persons to sleep comfortably in our villa.
These can be put in any of the bedrooms very easily.
Tias is a quiet village with good supermarket's, shop's, excellant restaurant's, local bakery, tapas bar's, Bank and taxi rank. Puerto Del Carmen the most popular resort is only a 10 minute drive away where you will find and extensive choice of restaurant's, shop's and bar's for all tastes. Puerto del Carmen has long snady beaches strectching many miles along the coastline.
