The tranquil island of Fuerteventura is unspoiled, uncluttered and has many natural white sand beaches that stretch for miles. The island benefits from a glorious year round climate, with 2,000 hours of sub-tropical sunshine a year!
The apartment is on the coast just a few miles down the road from the peaceful but quite well known resort of Corralejo (10 mins drive). The airport in the other direction is just 20 mins drive.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a newly built development of just 158 apartments, which are only three storeys high. There are 3 pools, a small supermarket, and a bar/restaurant.
The apartment and everything in it is brand new. Marble floors throughout, cream linen curtains throughout. It has two double bedrooms (one with pull out single mattress on wheels that makes up into two singles or a double) and has fitted wardrobes to both rooms. The lounge/dining room has a sofa bed to sleep two more persons, dining table and chairs, coffee table storage wall units and a 21” T.V. The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the usual utensils you should need. The patio doors lead out to a good size terrace with table and chairs. Approximately 20 metres to smaller secluded pool and approximately 75 metres to large pool and children’s pool.
If you wish to visit any of the towns on the island you will need a car (hire from only £8.00 per day) although there is a bus route, there is a stop just outside the apartments and they come every 30 mins. You can visit the island of Lanzarote by ferry, as well as other islands in the Canaries. |
