Located on the Faro Park development Casa Rosulida is a truly beautiful villa. Built to a high standard with marble floors and high ceilings, it has been tastefully furnished and has all the amenities to make your holiday special. The villa is built on a large plot with full perimeter wall giving good privacy. It has a large sun terrace, 22m2 heated swimming pool, gardens to each side and a fabulous roof terrace complete with views across the sea to Fuerteventura and behind to the Montana Roya volcano. The surrounding area is quiet, yet within 200m there is a parade of shops with an Italian restaurant (Indian opening soon), English Sports Bar, bakery and mini market.
Playa Blanca centre is a five minutes drive and has many restaurants and bars. The town is particularly suitable for couples and families. Lanzarote has a fantastic climate and offers almost all year round sunshine with little rain. This end of the island also boasts numerous golden sandy beaches. The island has plenty of attractions including Timafaya Mountain - a live volcano where the restaurant will cook your meal from the heat of the volcano! (not to be missed).
Car hire is recommended as the villa is some 30km from the airport. However, transfers can be arranged at about 25 Euros each way.
