This secluded, private executive-level 2000 square foot rental property, located on a unique point of land, is directly on two beaches, with the world\'s highest tides right at the doorstep. The east side of the cottage is on an amazing salt water marsh, which fills and empties with the tide – walk across the ocean floor at low tide & wonder how you did it when the tide comes in and completely covers where you walked!
World\'s highest tides right at the doorstep, bring the outdoors inside, all year long, and give visitors absolutely breath-taking ocean views - all day long. The Beach House/cottage can sleep up to 10 visitors; main bedroom has a queen bed and its very own balcony; 2nd bedroom has 2 antique double beds; second floor sunroom has a large double futon, airtight stove, pine cathedral ceiling and an oceanfront balcony; downstairs office has a day bed, for one double or two singles; cot and children\'s beds are also available. All beds are covered with wonderful handmade Nova Scotian quilts. Amenities include internet access and satellite tv (vcr & dvd).
A fully equipped kitchen has all amenities, and eating/sitting area has a gorgeous beachrock fireplace. Main floor sunroom has windows on three sides, and a large separate dining room provides space for guests and projects. Immediate area showcases the pristine elegance of nature, and lawn and balcony furniture, a propane BBQ, and a children\'s swing/slide set take care of guests of all ages.
