A detatached 3 bedroom villa with air conditioning (with family bedroom situated across front patio) able to sleep up to 10, in a secure complex on 10th hole of Santa Ponsa Golf Course (2nd line). There is a community swimming pool about 20 yards from the villa itself. Situated near the small town of Santa Ponsa providing restaurants and night life plus beautiful sandy beach. Close to major attractions such as Dolphinarium and Water Parks. Convenient for all golf courses and beaches. Santa Ponsa is about a 5 minute drive from the villa. The villa is within strolling distance of the club house and tennis courts.
The villa has twin beds in two of the bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a double bed in the other bedroom. Family shower room. We also have put-u-up beds available. Downstairs there is a large open plan living room and dining room with bar area leading on to fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, microwave and washing machine. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, video and stereo equipment. There is also a telephone and a facsimile machine.
Outside in the rear garden is a 8-man jacuzzi plus sauna. There is also a front patio with barbeque. (Family bedroom situated other side of this patio).
