The Duke's Apartment is a quality, air-conditioned, apartment in a resort style complex in Wellington Street, Perth. The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a lagoon style swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-que set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge.
The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and double bed with single bunk above and two single beds providing generous accommodation for 7 adults and we can put up a folding bed and a cot, if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
The lounge and dining accommodation overlook a large balcony which looks down over the pool and garden area. An ideal spot for a pre-dinner drink.
The local precinct contains restaurants, shops, and several hotels and is a short walk to the Swan River foreshore.
