What do you need to do next? |
| The only expense to you is a few minutes of your time, registering your personal, and property
details. By firstly registering your personal details you will gain access to the owners area of TipTopVillas, where you can
add as many of your properties as you wish.

| In adding your property, you will be required to provide location details, both a brief and detailed description to try and "sell" your property, and the rates you
will be charging (either 1 fixed rate or varying seasonal rates). Optional extras include amenities local to your property,
facilities offered with your property, any special offers you have and dates of availability.

Your personalised property page |
| Once you have entered all the details your property will be assigned an id and your personal property page created. You can then
email up to 2 photos of your property to us (details of this are given in the owners area). |

| It is highly recommended that you
submit photos as these really help to sell your property. We will aim to have your photos on your property pages within a few days to a week.
It is essential that when emailing photos to us you quote your property id, otherwise we won't be able to add them to your page. Photos must be sent to photos@TipTopVillas.com
